  • Some positions are fully remote, while others are based in our shared office space in Cape Town alongside fellow team members. We’ll let you know what’s expected before you start the process.

  • We stay in touch regularly to check in, offer feedback, and help with anything from performance reviews to personal development.

  • Yes. If you decide to resign, we’ll support you in finding a better-suited opportunity within our network. While you’re still in an active role, we don’t proactively put candidates forward for other positions, as we aim to maintain strong, transparent relationships with our clients. Our priority is to support your long-term growth while also respecting the partnerships we build.
